returned item. Hobbs seem to only make skirts that fit high on the waist. This isn’t suitable for me.

The skirt is just odd.. If I put it round the waist, it is too big round the hips. It just looks funny. Wearing a top underneath (which I always do) is very visible and doesn’t look good. I returned the skirt.
