The dress was sent in a paper bag, inside it was wrapped only in a paper sheet, not a plastic case or bag to protect it. Also, I was disappointed by the fact that a spare crystal button was not included, but only one cuff button. When you charge your customers so expensive you must pay attention to these things! Apart from these, the dress is well made and very beautiful. The fabric hangs well, it is flattering for the shape and versatile.
