The coat arrived folded in a big ball poorly wrapped in plastic, instead of in a proper box with wrapping paper. I expected a full length wool coat to have been packaged with greater care from a fairly high end retailer. Coat was ver wrinkled. Also, the coat material isn’t great- feels a bit cheap. Will be returning it!!

I love the coat it fits perfectly in a size 12. The quality is first class and it is very stylish. One thing- I am 5ft 7” but the coat is even a little bit too long for me, with high boots it’s great, but with flat shoes it doesn’t work, which means you are limited in wearing it. ….
