OUR RETURNS PROMISE

Fast and simple! Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for item(s) bought online and instore with a proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Sale items should be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If you did not receive a pre-printed returns label in your parcel, simply click this link to return via Royal Mail. You will need to enter your email address and your order number.

Returns are charged at £1.95 per order. We will process a refund back to your original payment method minus any returns charge.

Cancellation Right.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days, starting from the day after the goods are received. We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, any paid delivery charge. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery (as permitted by law).
