SUPPLY CHAINS AND COMMUNITIES

Taking care of everyone we work with is important to us. That’s why we carefully select our global network of suppliers, factories and partners. Chosen for their expertise and ability to source the finest materials, they also meet progressive social and environmental standards, supporting us to deliver the exceptional quality we're known for.

RESPONSIBLE PARTNERSHIPS

RESPONSIBLE PARTNERSHIPS

We regularly visit our suppliers and work with them closely to enable them to meet and maintain our ethical trade requirements, which align with the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code and Human Rights Due-Diligence Framework, along with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, ensuring labour standards are respected and human rights are protected.

This is more than just a list of instructions; it represents our shared responsibility to contribute to a positive collaborative partnership, while helping to improve the working conditions and wellbeing of local communities.

CHANGE FOR THE BETTER

We are also making sure we're an inclusive business. Fostering responsible recruitment to ensure that our workplace comprises people of all backgrounds and experiences.

But it's not just within Hobbs that we're looking to make a difference. For years, we've proudly supported Smart Works and Wellbeing of Women, two charities that help to change women's lives for the better. We also actively encourage our stores and employees to support charities by fundraising or volunteering.
