Process of using a gift card and customer services attitude. I wouldn’t recommend buying a gift card for anyone. Give them the cash, makes the whole process much easier especially if they don’t fit and you need to return them. Boots lovely though

I have these ankle boots also in Burgundy and could not resist buying them in navy as well. They are very versatile and comfortable. I walked in them quite a lot and do appreciate very much the comfortable cut especially because I have bunions which makes it really important when choosing the cut of the boot.

Great service from Hobbs, I was kept informed re delivery, boots arrived very well packaged. They are made from a lovely quality suede, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Good sized heel for someone like me, who doesn't wear heels every day. I'm delighted with my purchase and would like these boots in every colour!

Really pleased! I sized up but I have wide feet. Beautiful inky blue, supple suede and lined in leather. Comfortable height heel and will look good with dresses and trousers. Ordered with standard delivery and they came the next day, fantastic service Hobbs!

I find there is little consistency in Hobbs shoe sizing and when shopping online I have to gamble between 38 and 39 or buy one of each and return the pair which doesn't fit. However, these boots are a classic style and I am pleased with them - especially as I bought them in the sale. When I went to change the size of the chocolate brown pair I noticed the black had just been added to the sale so I bought those too.

I have bought these on the basis that I have another pair bought not too long ago which I absolutely love. But something has changed and the fit is looser around the ankles which make them very uncomfortable to wear, giving me a sense of instability. Felt very sad to have to take them back...

Great pair of boots. So comfortable. I don’t normally wear heels , however these are so easy to wear. Look great on for work or at weekends. Bought the black pair, returning to get the brown pair. Thank you Hobbs. Great delivery service also.

I think jeans or trousers may hide the lovely style of these boots. Heel height is just right for me.
