Is delivery free?
We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £150.
All Click & Collect orders are free
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UK and Ireland, as well as many international locations - please see below. Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email (please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to go live) or you can use our order tracking page. If your parcel is being delivered by Hermes (most of our parcels are) then you will receive updates from them on the day of delivery giving you a 2 hour delivery slot and the option to divert your parcel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?
We will arrange delivery of each of your items in the quickest manner possible. This may mean that your order arrives in multiple parcels by multiple carriers.

International Delivery
Due to high demand and major delays in our courier networks and at UK ports, we are advising significant delays for all EU and International orders. We cannot currently offer any estimated delivery dates at this time. You can track your order via your account where our couriers will be able to provide the most up to date tracking information.
Please note changes to our International Deliveries
- All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.
- Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Our carrier will contact you once your parcel has shipped from our warehouse and before delivery, in order for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier.
- Orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. You will only be charged one delivery fee; however, duties and taxes are charged upon delivery of each item.
- Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.
- Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.

What to expect from your delivery experience?
Check your delivery service to see how we communicate your delivery to you once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and how to track or rearrange your delivery below. You will receive SMS notifications if you have entered your mobile number at checkout.
With all deliveries, you receive a tracking link in your dispatch email where you can access to all of the options listed below. Or simply, click the link on our Track your order page on our website.
DHL Deliveries
- You will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of estimated delivery date with option to amend delivery
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of 1-hour delivery slot with option to amend delivery
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS delivery notice 5-15 minutes before delivery
- If you are not in when DHL make the delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of attempted delivery, reconfirming delivery attempt with options to re-arrange below

DX Deliveries
DX Deliveries have introduced a temporary revised delivery procedure during this period. If a customer does not want to sign for a delivery on the driver's hand held device, the driver will enter their name and enter "CV" in the signature field which will be classed as a successful delivery. The customer will still have the opportunity at delivery point to confirm any concerns with their parcel.
