Coat is really good quality and exactly what I was looking for. Not too expensive for what you get. The store assistants in the York city centre branch are always very helpful and polite. Hobbs is definitely one of my favourite shops

Beautiful coat but way too tight in the chest. Extremely narrow arms. This coat could never fit over a sweater or suit blazer. I loved the coat but could not wear it so I returned it.
Lovely soft and warm coat which fits well in my normal size 12. I love the burnt orange colour. I have deducted a star as the thread on the buttons was loose and showing and no doubt I will have to do some sewing soon.

I ordered in the Harrogate store from a very helpful assistant just before Christmas and my lovely coat arrived two days later on Christmas Eve. Love the Tilda coat, I have camel and navy, thought I would like a brown, but it was too dark, looked like black, so I returned it.

Sadly I had to return it as it was too large. I'm normally a 12 but it swamped me. Will look to purchase again in a 10. So I would recommend sizing down.

Quality was good, just on the small size, but I've given it 4 stars because there wasn't a returns label with it, so had to phone up as couldn't print one online. Promises it would be in the post the next day or thereafter didn't materialise. So had to phone again and spoke to someone who gave me a link to print a returns label.

This is a beautiful coat ,well cut and the wool is so velvety soft. A pleasure to wear .It fits perfectly.I purchased the red Tilda coat two years ago .They are classic coats ,that do not date.I don’t think this will will be the last colour I will buy .

The coat arrived in a timely fashion, however whoever delivered it just dumped it in our front door (we live in a small block of flats) and didn’t ring our doorbell so we were unaware. One of our neighbours saw it on the stairs and brought it up to us. Not really good enough. As it happens the coat was too big and the colour was not great on me. However we went to your Ringwood branch and exchanged it for a red one in a smaller size and it is a really lovely coat. The service at that branch was very good. Thank you Hobbs.

Its a lovely coat but the fit was too slim for me- a little pulled on the buttons and a bigger size would be too big on shoulder and arm length. Ordered two coats to choose one and happy with the alternative.

The coat was absolutely gorgeous, fabulous quality. Unfortunately the size 12 was too small across the shoulders and arms and I had to send it back. I’m still waiting for my refund. I would also have preferred the cut to have had three buttons, fastening on top of the bust rather than under it.

Gorgeous!. This is a gorgeous coat, I have four now, such a smart piece. The light grey goes with everything. I really hope you will do the winter red again as I didn't manage to purchase one & I'm still hunting for it. Wanted the camel but don't like this years colour. Size 12 (M) fits perfectly albeit a little shorter in length this time.
