Is shipping free?

We offer free express shipping on orders over $350. Shipping on orders under $350 costs $8.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to all US states. Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some orders may be liable for custom duty and local sales taxes, which – if applicable – will be calculated at checkout. What if my order is delayed?

We always aim to deliver your order within timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.

What if my order was dispatched, but never arrived?

If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please click here, scroll down, and click on "Contact Us" button to open the investigation.

What if I didn't receive a dipatch confirmation email?

It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for shipping. Once your order ships, you should be sent an auto-email containing tracking information. However, if you haven't received such email after 4 business days, please click here, scroll down, and click on "Contact Us" button to open the investigation. If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit, you will be issued a full refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may track your order by using the Global-e shipping portal by clicking here.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.

Please note, we do not offer click & collect service at this stage.

ARE THERE ANY COUNTRY EXCLUSIONS?
