Gifts purchased online or in store from Saturday 19th October 2019 will be subject to an extended return period and may be returned until Saturday 18th January 2020.

Once our Distribution Centre has received your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Let us know about your items and return by post completely FREE.
At Hobbs, we strive to create premium quality styles. In the unusual event your items arrive damaged or faulty, please inform our Customer Services team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order reference number and details of the damage or fault. We will then send a replacement or offer you a refund.
We ask that you return the damaged or faulty items to us, using the free returns service or by registered post. We will reimburse any reasonable postage costs, so please send us copies of receipts.
Refunds will be credited to the payment card, Gift Card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please keep your Gift Card as Gift Card payments will be refunded before other methods.
