Combining blackberries, vodka and a warming dash of cinnamon, this seasonal and simple cocktail is perfect for when the cold nights set in.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

  1. 3 blackberries
  2. 15ml cinnamon syrup
  3. 50ml Belvedere vodka
  4. 20ml fresh lemon juice
  5. Dash of egg white
  6. Pinch of ground cinnamon, to garnish

YOU WILL NEED

  1. Cocktail shaker
  2. Coupe glasses
Perfect for autumn, a cherry, almond and dark chocolate tiffin 'fridge cake'.

METHOD

  1. 1.
    Muddle blackberries in the base of a shaker with cinnamon syrup.
  2. 2.
    Add the other ingredients (apart from the cinnamon) and shake to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3.
    Add ice cubes. Shake.
  4. 4.
    Strain into a glass and garnish with cinnamon.
