We deliver to over 200 countries. Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some orders may be liable for custom duty and local sales taxes, which – if applicable –will be calculated at checkout. What if my order is delayed?
We always aim to deliver your order within timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may track your order by using the Global-e shipping portal by clicking here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?
Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.
