I discourage anyone considering international delivery. Orders to UE are subject to hefty Customs fees, delivery charges and depending on your local bank unfavourable exchange rate. After my order was cancelled I received only a fraction of what I paid initially. You will not receive any confirmation email with order number however your account will be debited almost instantly. Customer service team did not even have the courtesy to reply to my query. This is definitely the last time I have purchased anything from Hobbs. Maeve puffer is shapeless and heavy.
