I am very dissatisfied with your performance because you did not accept my cancellation request and caused me to pay an additional 112 euros for Italian customs fees. As a student, you put me under financial pressure and when I asked for a tax exemption form, you did not provide it to me. I bought this outfit for my mother's birthday and wanted to take it with me to Iran, but I was forced to pay the Italian country tax as well. I did not expect such unprofessional behavior from you and I will not buy from you again. I will also share this bitter buying experience from your collection with my friends.
