The stained glass window and yellow banquette leather sofa of Dishoom in Manchester.

DISHOOM

MANCHESTER

Situated in the dimly-lit grandeur of a 1920s Grade-II listed building, the Manchester installment of Dishoom pays homage to the old Irani cafés of Bombay. Dark wooden panelling is offset by original stained glass windows and colourful leather banquettes, while '60s Indian psych drifts around the hall. And just as good as the decor is the food; a mouth-watering menu championing Indian comfort food and bespoke cocktails.
