Every six weeks, Glaswegian chef Nico Simeone tells a new story with a carefully curated, six course tasting menu. Underpinned by a playful sense of humour, the restaurant will be reopening with a post-lockdown menu called Chippie 2.0. An ode to traditional chip shop classics, expect nostalgic dishes like cheesy chips and battered Mars Bar, but with a gastronomic twist.
