I sit between a size 12 and 14 - my last padded coat and jacket from Hobbs were size 12s with some room inside, but this is coat is a neater fit - I had to go up to size 14 which is a snug, but still zips up! Think might be too tight if wearing a couple of tops underneath. Petite length is perfect, I am 5'2 and it is very, very cosy.

I actually ordered and receive the size 10 which was a much better fit for me. I was worried it was a bit snug but I tried it on over a winter jumper and it was still fine

Hobbs are one of the few retailers that make coats in petite sizes. Although not an extensive range in petite size this style fits me well with the gathering around the waist. Gives me a slimmer Silhouette. Length is good for people under 5'3".

Nice coat but sadly the petite 12 was just a bit too tight on the chest and the 14 was too big all over. The sleeves on both were a good inch and a half too long (the same length as a standard size coat I have). Seems a shame to go to all the trouble of making petite items and then not putting a petite sleeve on them.

4 stars as this is a gorgeous coat but was returned as too bulky for my purposes (travelling light & a road trip up north). The navy is a gorgeous colour & this would be a warm coat. I’m quite hourglass and it did make me somewhat aware of my hips…but forgivable. I’m 5ft and the petite range fits perfectly.
