Placed order online for both sizes 4 & 5. On delivery the size 4 were in perfect condition & beautifully packaged but were too small. The size 5 fitted me but were badly marked & were very poorly packaged in a broken box stuck together with tape. I returned both pairs to my local branch within an hour of them arriving, I was offered a further discount by the staff but declined because these shoes were for a special occasion & the size 5 were just not acceptable, I ordered another size 5 online to collect in store this time, but to my dismay on arrival they were also badly marked so requested a refund immediately. I did email Customer Services regarding both my orders & am currently waiting for a gift voucher for the inconvenience. I am so disappointed because these shoes would have been perfect with my outfit.

Lovely quality ,good fit and beautiful colour. Packaged very well and staff were very helpful and courteous on the 'phone and also when collecting order.
