Nicely balanced shoe. Average width; comfortable. Lovely shade of green. Cannot judge longevity at this stage but they look well made and are very good value after the price reduction..

Because I cannot buy shoes on line normally, but needed a pair for my daughter's wedding. Couldn't find them in concession stores so, I ordered them. They fit!!! Couldn't use the the 10% voucher - wouldn't let me :(

Lovely colour but a bit too wide a fit for my feet. I needed green shoes for a themed funeral so kept them. I probably would have sent them back under normal circumstances.

The two pairs of shoes were the same size but one pair was bigger than the other (green). My main disappointment was the blush sandals which fitted very well but one had obviously been a display item and was a slightly different colour. It was also dusty. Although the shoes were in the sale I wouldn’t expect that standard from Hobbs.

I am a new customer to Hobbs and ordered sandals & matching bag. When they arrived the sandals were too small. There was knowhere on the delivery note to say I wanted to exchange them for a larger size so I rang customer service. I was told they could not be exchanged I had to return them & reorder. I mentioned the sale had now finished and was told there was 20% off however this still made them more expensive than my original order. As I wanted them to match a dress for a wedding I had to pay the price and another delivery charge otherwise I would have just returned the lot. Your customer service really lets you down !!!

These would have matched my dress beautifully for a wedding but sadly they were so narrow I had to return them. If you've got narrow feet do order them, they’re gorgeous.

Just received my third pair of these shoes, still not happy as there is a mark on the back but it's better than the previous efforts. The first pair were extremely tatty after being tried on numerous times, the second offering was better but still not acceptable. It's not really good enough considering the price. On the plus side, the store staff were very pleasant and helpful (shoes were ordered online) but overall not impressed.
