These are great jeans. Just the correct length for me. They are a good fit and have elastine which helps keep their shape.

I bought two pairs of these trousers online, but realised when I got them that the size was not right. Because I wanted to change the size, I couldn't return them in the post (I could return the trousers, but not change the size i.e. order a different size in the same return), so I went to the store in Winchester. The trousers were not in stock in store or online (only one colour was in stock online). The store helped me order one colour online, but they could not order them at the same price as I had ordered them, so I ended up only one pair and paying more for them than originally.

Brilliant - love them! I'm only 5'2" and its so nice to get a pair of jeans that fit beautifully and I don't have to hem! However they are not jean material, more a lightweight cotton but very comfortable.

The short Amanda jean is the perfect " full length" jean for someone who is petite, so no alterations required . The cut and style is good. However, I was slightly disappointed as the material seems slightly thin. Seems to be a versatile item of clothing that can be worn for work as well as dressed up for going out.

jeans are nice but I only noticed after wearing that the zip doesn't seem to be stitched correctly so there is a pull in the fabric

I’m a big fan of the regular length Amanda jeans so decided to try the shorter version. Perfect and will be watching out for more colours in the future.

The purchase was fine,excellent fit. Very dissapointed in customer service at new Horsham store. Unable to order on line for click and collect, staff obviously needed training in all aspects of the store. Had to return to the store in order for the one person who new how to order something to start work at 1pm. Not the staff's fault but really????

The quality of the jeans was excellent and they fitted well, but the length just didn’t work for me. The click and collect had a few hiccups. My order was acknowledged immediately, and I received an email to say it had been dispatched the next day. 4 days later I’d heard no more, but I called at the shop and the jeans were there. I returned them after 2 days and my payment was refunded. 3 days later I received an email to say my order was in store for collection.

Regularly purchase the Amanda Jean, have always loved the cut and the material. But, both have been changed, though I did buy the short instead of the regular as I always have to get them shortened a little. Not so sure about the cloth used, its lighter so may not be the winter weight required. Time will tell. Pity I couldn't try the short in store but the order was quickly posted.

Great quality although small fitting so at to opt for a bigger size. This was no problem staff immediately ordered the next size which fitted perfectly. Also they were made in a short length. Always get quality clothes with marvellous staff who are like friends. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else as the clothes are top quality despite they are more expensive than high street shops

This is my first pair of Amanda jeans and I am delighted with them. I bought the green pair for £25 a real bargain! The size 8 is a great fit and at 5"3 they fall just above my ankle, perfect for me. I have to agree with the other review that I wish there were more jeans in a petite range. Would love to see the Marianne velvet jeans in this length. Very happy with these jeans and cannot wait to wear. I already have the Cora blouse and this will be ideal to wear for a night out. Now thinking of purchasing the black pair.

These aren’t jeans in the traditional sense, but are more like chinos. Very stretchy material, straight leg with clasp fastening that doesn’t fit flat. I’m really not sure who they’d suit. Having been excited at Hobbs finally doing a short length I have returned them.

I was so pleased to see these great jeans in a shorter length, I am 5’4” so always struggled with trouser length. Hobbs please do more shorter length for us petite ladies, there are a lot of us out there.

Not quite 5ft 3in and these sit perfectly on my ankle. I purchased the 10 and wish they were slight tighter on the leg. Having said that they are incredibly comfortable and worn on a 300 mile trip they kept their shape. Please do more colours Hobbs - I will buy them all.

I don't know if there was a mistake with my order, but the label said they were Short. I decided to keep them and take them up as usual as they are fine otherwise. On the second wear the button fell off which is most unusual for Hobbs.
