This item arrived in a battered box and had clearly been worn. Creases over the front and faded parts all over. They looked as if someone had worn them for a year! I returned and no offer of a replacement or reimbursing my postage was made. I have been shopping with Hobbs for many years and was shocked that this item was allowed to be sent and then no apology or compensation offered.

Most disappointed. Fit and style were good but my store ended up having to order 3 pairs because the shade of each boot didn’t match. The assistants even tried to match between the pair with no success.
Very disappointed...boots arrived one insole missing and also boot shabby...returned awaitinf credit. Would have that Hobbs would have checked before sending.
i bought these using ApplePay in store. They’re lovely boots, but I decided I couldn’t afford them. I took them back to the store for a refund, expecting it to go straight on to ApplePay as it does in other shops, but was told I needed to have the physical card for a refund! I had to go back a few days later to finish the transaction. This was frustrating to say the least and won’t encourage me to shop in Hobbs again.

After a really poor experience with the first pair of shoes that I received which were not of an acceptable standard, I was apprehensive about re-ordering a second pair especially as it means having two charges made and held for a couple of weeks. However when they arrived they were much more as I was expecting. The same old problem with delivery however. The problems seems to be with Hermes who take 4/5 days to deliver items even after the first email informing me that they have the goods.
The first pair of shoes which arrived where shabby to say the least. They had obviously been worn and looked scruffy. I could not find any contact details which allowed me to speak to a person. However the returns process somewhat made up for the initial disappointment. The second pair of shoes which arrived were of the quality I expected. Perhaps attention needs to be given to returned items to see if they are fit to be sent out to a new prospective customer.

Nice style boots. I ordered them in both the navy suede and the black leather. As previous reviewers have said, they do come up slightly big, although I don't know that there would be enough room to go down a size. I kept mine as I often find Hobbs shoes and boots slightly too narrow for me, but even I can feel they are generous. Nice height heel, will go well with skirts, dresses or trousers/jeans.

Bought in navy size 37 but unfortunately much too big. I was surprised and disappointed as I buy many of my shoes/ boots from Hobbs and they are usually a good fit & very comfortable. They are made from exceptionally soft suede and look really smart.

These boots are beautiful. They are so well made, comfortable, leather lined and stylish. The heel hight is perfect for me, although I usually wear boots with a flatter heel. I wore them for the first time with thick black tights and a short woollen dress (but I know they will look fab with skinny jeans). Several people commented on how good I looked. I buy all my boots from Hobbs. They are a bit more pricey than a lot of boot sellers, but the for the quality product, comfort and style, they're worth it.
These boots are both stylish and ultra comfortable. They are very versatile and go with everything (mine are in black). I bought these last year and they still look new. Excellent value for money. I’m tempted to buy the Mulberry coloured ones too. How about an option in brown?
