Although the material is really nice, the trousers are about an inch too long and will need altering. I’m of average height so this was disappointing particularly as the picture shows them just above/on the ankle!

Nice trousers good fit but I preferred the Annie trousers which I kept, returning the Anne trousers.Hobbs quick to refund thank you.

These trousers are nowhere near a size 20. They were too small in the rise and around the waist--and I anticipated this problem based on previous experiences with this brand, so ordered a size larger than my usual 18. There was absolutely no give in the fabric, even though the fabric description indicated the fabric has 2% elastane. It pills easily and even after one wear, the item is looking quite worn. Unfortunately, the item arrived a couple of days later than expected, on the same day I needed something for an event. So I'm stuck with them. Really annoyed with myself that I gave this brand another chance.
