Great pants! They fit really well my hourglass figure as more room on the hips with a small waistline. The fabric is nice and warm. The wool is a bit scratchy but not too unpleasant. Good stretch to the pants but not too much. Will certainly buy this model again in a lighter fabric. Bought the pants in black and navy blue

It fits well even though I had to choose one size above my usual size but the biggest issue is that it’s not washable in the washing machine!
Good quality material. Hem on trousers leg came undone and this has happened with a few pairs of trousers recently. Trousers feel very comfortable and true to size.

Sadly the trousers did not fit me very well. I returned them on 26 November but to date I have not received an acknowledgment of the return. No idea when I can expect a refund.
Lovely quality for the price. Looking forward to wearing them. Would have liked half lining in them though as other wool trousers had in the past.

They are the perfect length and fit for me. I’m 5’ 8” and 31 inside leg.
I ordered my usual size 12 and they were like jodhpurs! About 4 inches too big! Not usual Hobbs quality

Lovely fit although a little long which can easily be rectified.
Already have these and decided to get another pair in a different colour. They came wrapped as a ball, complete with someone else’s hair and pronounced creases in the crotch area. I immediately binned them.
Cut suited my pear shape, however fabric was a bit itchy for wool and the sewing wasn’t up to scratch. Pocket on one side gapped and obvious fullness under waistband

Baggy fit, disappointing. Even more annoying as I have still not received my refund or confirmation of safe return. Quick to accept the order, and the money, but hanging on to money now is unacceptable.
Poorly cut , too wide on thigh they look like jodphurs. Returned them.

Whlist they are quality trousers, the fit does not suit me. They are generous round the hips and thighs for me also a little short and I am only 5'7". Pity! I will have to return these.
Unfortunately these are too generous around the hip and thigh for me. The length is slightly too short as well. I am only 5'7". Otherwise they are lovely trousers-they just do not suit my shape. I will have to return them.

Look really smart for work but could also be dressed down for a smart-casual wear. Fit really well and look classy.
The trousers are are very comfortable and on the whole a very good fit.My only concern is that the pockets don’t lie very flat but that may be more to do with my shape!
Poor quality - badly creased and looked like they had just been retrieved from the ironing basket. Expect more from Hobbs
The Gael Wool trousers are a good quality product, however, they arrived very creased (not anyone's fault - just an observation) and I had purchased several different styles for comparison and decided not to purchase these. They felt and looked fine on, but I already have trousers in this colour, so sent them back in favour of other styles.
