Returned item over a week ago still no refund. You don’t expect this from a brand like Hobbs. Please sort your refund system out I won’t purchase again until you do. All reputable suppliers refund as soon as they receive the returns.

Love the Samantha dress - style and colour. Hobbs understand that 'older' women need longer sleeves - three quarters or long - one is then able to wear the dress without an added jacket or cardigan which can spoil the line of the dress. I had recently been in hospital (operation on my back) when I arrived at Hobbs to collect my dress. The staff realised I wasn't very well and were so helpful which was much appreciated.

結婚式に出るために購入しました。色が鮮やかで素材も良くきれいなワンピースです。 普段は日本サイズ9号を着ていますが、ＵＫサイズは10でぴったりでした。丈は少し長めでしょうか。 配送も迅速で、注文から5日もしないで届き驚きました。梱包も丁寧で良かったです。 満足度が高かったので、続いて別のワンピースも注文してしまいました！

Managed to buy this dress as part of the sale. It looks great on me. I ordered it via the website and it arrived much quicker than I thought it would. I collected it from the Hobbs store in Leeds and the staff there were great and very friendly.

Lovely dress - long and flows just what I wanted. But a bit annoyed that the other dress I ordered was available in my size when I bought it, and to be told later that it is not! If I’ve known this I would have purchased something else - I was trying to buy more pieces with my delivery costs.
