I was disappointed with this dress. I have two other Amalfi dresses already which I really like and I thought that the multicoloured one would be lovely as an everyday dress. However, it was too short, much shorter than the photo indicated and generally too big everywhere. I ordered a size 6 as usual so can’t swap it for a smaller size and unfortunately have had to return it.

I have had my eye on this dress for a while and then decided that it is the perfect dress for the warm weather we have been experiencing. It is a quality weight linen fabric with an attractive pineapple design and the length and shape of the dress is perfect for me. I am 5’3” tall and slightly pear shaped and the dress is cut to flow over the hips and not cling. I am delighted with my purchase!

This is a very well cut dress in a lovely fabric and pattern. I particularly like the fact that it is not lined (as I tried on the cream and navy lined version of the Amalfi dress and did not like how the lining changed the fit). Just having one layer of linen makes it figure flattering and very cool and comfortable to wear. It's elegant, versatile (as it's not too short for work) and very pretty.
