Very disappointed with the online shopping experience from Hobbs. This was the first time I had bought online from them. I did not receive the order and was not told what had happened despite emailing & trying to contact them on numerous occasions.

I took my coat back to your Kingston shop because it was too big, size 10. The assistant, whose name I did not get, could not have been more helpful, she had a size 8 on reserve which I tried on for size, which was too small so suggested I might consider having my size 10 altered and gave me a 10% discount card for a tailor which I ended up doing. So thank you, I got the coat I wanted and you did not lose the sale!

Beautiful, warm and sumptuous coat. However, I ordered both a 14 (my usual size in coats) and 12, with the latter fitting better. Alas I reluctantly returned them both as they were just that little bit too 'puffy' for me and didn't suit my frame. But the coat is gorgeous.

This Puffer Coat is perfect. A lovely length, light to wear, warm with a stylish cosy hood. A perfect winter coat.

A nice stylish puffer. I like the collar going into a hood it makes the coat a bit more elegant. I sized down as it seemed a little large in my size 16 so bought a 14. It feels very comfortable. I only give it 4 stars as I would have liked a mixture of down and polyester for warmth, as it is quite pricey, but affordable with the 20% discount.
