Good fit and quality but the staff and online order system is mismanaged. The staff took ages to locate my online order that arrived in parts. I did not receive any email to confirm that my order had arrived in store.

The jumper looks an attractive product. I bought it to go with something I already have. I was pleased to be able to buy it through yourselves as the local John Lewis store had sold out and we do not have a Hobbs store in Nottingham (what a pity).
