The dress is lovely, beautiful colour, size 10 quite generously sized. I like the front split which makes it easier to walk in and the long drapey bit from the waist means it’s not revealing. I deducted a star due to poor packaging, just arrived in the outer post bag, no tissue or inner bag, would have been easy to snag dress accidentally on opening. Obviously an item previously returned by someone as there’s a small heel sized hole in the hem. As it was a sale item I’ll repair it as can’t be bothered to return.

Really beautiful dress, but I had already sent back the 10 as slightly too small and the 12 when it arrived was so large, it was more like a 14 elsewhere.

Dress very heavy - not suitable to pack for formal nights on cruises. Flight allowances not good if flying out to join ship. I should have ordered a smaller size had I been keeping the dress. Shoes big fitting.

The dress is perfect, very flattering and as described on website. The only reason for four rather than five stars is that shipping is very slow and expensive compared to my other favourite online store Boden, who incidentally also have a better returns policy.
