The returns process was painful - didn't receive returns packaging with the dress, so had to go to store to get this, but then they couldn't process refund at store (apparently because I paid by PayPal) so I then had to go to the Post Office (which by that time had closed!) Doesn't exactly encourage me to shop with you again!
