The security tag was left in the coat. I will wait until Lockdown is over and take it to the Chester store to have it removed. The coat is lovely but disappointed that the systems in the despatch department did identify thus.

The sizing is always difficult to assess online, the same coat in a 12 was too large, but the 10 was too small; probably just between sizes.

Beautifully made coat sent as promised. Bought size 12 having read reviews about snug fit and this is perfect as usually wear Hobbs size 10. Rich chocolate brown colour and fur looks expensive so looking forward to cold weather as a thick warm coat not a lightweight one.

Gorgeous coat, so warm and flattering. Great hood, unzips from the bottom as well as the top. Decent pockets and good inner cuffs. Can't fault it. Will last at least 3 winters, worth the money. I'm usually a size 8 but went a size up to a 10 based on other reviews and glad I did, can still fit jumpers underneath.

A beautifully finished garment, a neat tailored fit despite having the warmth of the puffer style. A quality tailored garment which I have come to expect from Hobbs. You could buy a cheaper garment but to me this coat is value for money.

Jacket good. Online delivery experience very poor. Paid extra for Saturday deliver. Did not arrive until Wednesday afternoon. Refund provided but late anniversary present for wife. Free next day delivery offered as compensation but don’t want to use their online channel again. No alternatives provided. Unhappy customer!
Garment, package and delivery first class. Pricing disappointing, I paid full price even though I had a 10% NEW10 code, I also sent 2 follow up emails referring to that code but nothing happened. Two or three days later after delivery the is reduced by £30 so I feel a bit cheated, but the garment is great.

I am a hobbs fan and have bought several coats. In my experience its not enough to trust the reviews whether the item has a good fit. I have learned my lesson as the reviews of this coat did say it has a smaller fit. I am usually an 8 so I ordered a 6 and 8 because I keep on losing on the chance of getting the perfect fit. And thankfully I found size 6 to fit me perfectly. The material is stunning and noticed that the zipper is better than the previous puffer I bought. The coat is really warm and cozy. The color is warm and very accurate compared to the images online. Thanks Hobbs!

I bought a similar coat from Hobbs a couple of years ago which would still be perfect but for a tear sustained when climbing a fence. It is really warm, washes well in fact perfect for whatever the weather can throw at you.
