The reason this is only awarded three stars is that it arrived crumpled and I am still trying to get the creases out of it. Had it not been creased I would have awarded 5 stats.

This is lovely coat good quality fabric and lining, unfortunately it didn’t suit me, such a shame as I loved the colour.

This was my second choice on the day my first choice was due I got an e mail saying the order had been cancelled As I wanted a camel coat I ordered this the following day it was reduced by 20% so I’m not happy

Lovely winter coat, I tried it on in store at the end of 2019 but did not buy it until lockdown - the sale price was an added bonus ! The high neck collar is quite snug, so I'll have to put a scarf there to stop make-up getting on it, but other than that - perfect !

The delivery was on time. coat is a little big but would rather not return as a smaller size might be too tight. I love the style because it is different closing from most coats. would probably shop again.!

Extremely helpful customer care, very responsive which I didn’t expect after reading the online reviews. Very satisfied. The product is very good, darker in shade than the picture. Warm enough but not the warmest one when compared with another brand with same specifications.

Great coat but button missing on front. Also bought one last year in a size 8 which fits me but this size 8 was too small and unfortunately Hobbs didn’t have a 10 .

The coat is lovely quality and fits well. I'm very happy with it. I was out when my package arrived, the delivery driver left it round the back of my house which was fine. However, if it had rained, the coat would have been ruined as it was only packaged in a cardboard box.
