Poor design. Hidden side buttons gape when closed. This is not to do with sizing, as the size 12 is generous and spacious on me. Looks OK open. Disappointed. Also when buttoned up, could do with some fitted panels or a belt to create some shape Good quality material and warm....just shame looks so poor when buttoned up

Already have Romy coat in red, which I love! Therefore it’s disappointing that the fabric used for black coat is inferior ie thinner/lighter. This doesn’t affect appearance of the coat, but will obviously not be as warm.

The quality is excellent and style superb. As the coat is slightly fitted I had to go up 1 size to allow for heavier clothes however this did not detract from the purchase. It was only mildly inconvenient to return it to the Store in George Street Edinburgh where staff re-ordered in larger size. Special thanks to Sam who is a complete star.

This coat is beautiful, but it does not lie perfectly flat in the front -- thus, exposing the hidden buttons. For this price, I would have expected better detailing. (The price was even higher for me as I am in Canada and had to pay import taxes).

It was a good thing that I could choose to pick up my purchase in the closest Hobbs store. The form to fill out was fine apart from one detail: The buyer (me) and the one to receive (my daughter) are two persons. She lives in UK and I live in Norway. The form asked for my phone no, but woud not accept a non-UK no. I was asked for my details linked to my credit card, but my adress ended up as the adress of the store. The option for someone paying for a purchase that another person receives or picks up, could be better developed in your form. Luckily, this didn't create any particular problem apart from us worrying that it might.. Thank you
