Stunning colour, the cut and finish is top notch and the fabric is soft and not too thick. Perfect for Sydney winter. I often find coats too restrictive but this one is comfortable and looks smart at the same time. Generous sizing. Delivery was fast and packaging lovely. Thank you for a great experience!
Was apprehensive about this product after reading other reviews but very pleased with it. It is light weight but very warm due to 100% wool so in fact very versatile. Falls elegantly, photos do not do it justice. Colour is amazing. I had same problem as another buyer with a rusty chain, not sure where these items are being stored that caused the chain to rust. Am so impressed with finishes. Not disappointed.

Dear Sirs! I was dissapointed with the quality of the coat. It is too thin and wrinkles up quickly.
The coat hangs like a sack on me, especially in the waist.
Unfortunately, I have to inform about this.

I love the color of the coat, the cut and fir are very flattering. A real staple for my wardrobe. However, the hanging chain was full of rust as if this was a coat made about 10 years ago and the label was half sewed and half hanging with an odd color to it. So nothing to do with the usual Hobbs quality. Also the fabric attracts every single shred of dust and therefore gives an old worn feel.

Beautifully tailored luxury wool coat, it looks and hangs beautifully.
As I am only 5’ 2” I thought it would be too long but it really isn’t.
I am delighted with my coat it’s very elegant. The staff in the Chester store could not have been more helpful.
Loved the coat but as I am only 5’2 the fastening distorted the shape ie pulled. Moving buttons would not help. The shoulders need lifting. The overall length was fine. I wish designers, manufacturers and stores would consider shorter people.

The coat I ordered went missing through couriers, Hermes. The issue was resolved by sending another coat through DHL - days later. The good news is: the coat is a triumph!

I love this coat! Great quality, warm, reach colour. I am size 8 but not so tall (160 cm). So I was worried about my waistline when ordering online. It sits fine on me. But if I was a couple of cm shorter it would not fit. So it's better to try it on before you buy it for those who smaller.

Lovely material, good cut but a big ten so I needed an 8. I have returned the item stating that I want the smaller size but there was no box to tick for this so I'm unsure as to whether I should try to order again or wait!

The packing arrived all battered. I didn’t keep the coat as I felt the fabric seemed cheep and the fit wasn’t good. It also looked quite grubby when I received it.
3rd coat. Every single one flawed/marked and had to be returned. Such a beautiful coat too. Where's the quality control? So disappointed. Was especially excited that my usual size 16 was very large and the 14 fitted perfectly. 😥
This is a nice coat but sadly not for me. I had always wanted a coat this style, as it is so classic, but I am short waisted, so I just ended up with the top not sitting properly, and the front v sitting open. It is quite lightweight, but generous enough that you would be able to get layers under it. The only negative (apart from the fact it didn't fit me!), is the there seems to be too much material on the lower half of the coat, so it makes you look bigger round the hip and stomach area - slightly dressing gown like. Plus side, it has buttons to fasten, which so many wrap coats don't. Wish it had fitted.
