Good fit and quality but very mismanaged staff. I was charged twice for this top and the staff did not realise this. When I questioned the bill amount is when she noticed the error. The entire process took atleast 20 minutes for something that other stores can do in 2 minutes. I was upset with my experience and asked to cancel my entire purchase as I spent enough time waiting at the counter but the lady refused saying these are online orders.

Top fitted perfectly and is an essential basic for any wardrobe. Sadly the electronic tag was still attached, which necessitated a nightmare journey into Cardiff today where staff at John Lewis were finally able to remove it. I had emailed your customer services team to see if I could take the garment somewhere else to avoid trying to get into the capital on Black Friday and they unhelpfully suggested Cribbs Causeway!! a 3 hour plus round trip😕 Merry Christmas Sue Hayes
