Great customer service! I booked through click and collect then was sent to self isolate. The leadenhall store called me to ask if I wanted not delivering for free. I gratefully accepted and the parcel arrived promptly. Thanks so much.

I never received this order (FE59-85FE-A1D6-40EA) - have contacted Hobbs several times and appears the delivery company - Hermes - had a technical problem so cancelled delivery. Hobbs advised it would be resent on the 28th Jan. Still no delivery, still being changed, and now being asked to review. This is horrible service and I am very disappointed being a loyal Hobbs client. Please can we resolve immediately,

This is a lovely jumpsuit which drapes beautifully. Regretfully I had to return it as I was unable to fasten the two button and loop fastenings at the back of the neck. I found it impossible to fasten and had nobody to help as I live alone. After trying for 15 minutes I managed to fasten one of the loops over the button but gave up at that point. This would be totally impractical if on a night out and I had to use the ladies room. I would have kept it if I had been able to come up with an alternative way to fasten but as there was no overlap of the material I wouldn’t have been able to fit poppers, for example. Very disappointed as this would have been a very versatile addition to my wardrobe.

This jumpsuit fits and hangs beautifully. It will work equally well, for me, in work meetings or socialising. I love that it has sleeves too; very stylish.

The material is heavy enough to hang nicely and will never crease, perfect for a night out or to pack into the suitcase.

As always great quality. I bought a size 16 and am 1.70m but it’s waaaayy too long so keep that in mind. I love the fact Hobbs added a little button So you’re not showing off too much ;-)
