Had to return the trousers, they were huge! I ordered my usual size 14 ( my wt and size has remained the same for many years) and they were far too big as was the skirt and puffer jacket

I normally feel that Hobbs is a great for me- I’m 5 ft 4 ins and a regular size 12. Sadly these trousers weren’t very flattering- very high waisted and a bit baggy around the waist.
I opted for the summer version of the trousers by the same name, in Navy- perfect fit!!
Beautiful trousers, high quality fabric & an excellent fit.
Smart well cut trousers, true to size. Just a tad too long as I am only 5ft 2in, great with heels.
The fabric was beautiful, but the cut was not right on me. The hip and legs were too loose throughout and the pockets did not lie flat (I tried size 8 and 10). Also I prefer trousers to have belt loops. A shame.
Excellent quality beautiful cut they will be my go to from now on.
I will be ordering another pair in a different colour.

Ordered size 14 - more like a generous 16, should have listened to other online reviews.
Now have to re-order but will do so from John Lewis as free next day delivery to local store.
Very pleased with these trousers, they are very comfortable to wear as have a slight stretch. Flattering fit but as with most of Hobbs clothes, they are quite a generous fit so if you are in between size down.
The fabric is just what I was hoping for - the feeling and look of wool but, hopefully a bit more hard-wearing. I bought the 8, which would usually be a squeeze on me. I haven't lost weight, but they were vast around the waist and have been sent back. I am going to try again with a 6 now

Pleased with the quality of these. Not really dark blue. I often find a 10 too big and an 8 too small in Hobbs, but these fit well...even a perfect length for me at 5'4''. Bought with a red jumper so looking forward to wearing as Autumn comes on.

I have bought these trousers in navy and black and I like this years slimmer leg as I have a slim legs and it’s terribley difficult to find trousers to fit .The length is perfect for me at 5ft 4,but I have extremely long legs .

They fit EVERYWHERE which is almost unprecedented for me - not only that but they are amazingly comfortable and look great! Pros:
- looks smart
- high rise so no unprofessional slippages (if you know what I mean) when bending down. Even sitting down with some trousers you find too much showing but these fit really well
- suited my hourglass figure
- good fit - not loose but not clingy tight either (which is a look I don't find professional)
- material is substantial and doesn't look cheap (wool-blend) and seems it will be good on warmer days
- Perfect length - not too long or too short. Can be worn with heels or flats.
Cons:
- dry clean only!
- Wool blend but I wish they were 100% (or at least 80% wool). Wool is incredibly durable and I do feel Hobbs are cutting costs here, especially as last year these trousers were over 90% wool content
- No belt loops (I think this makes trousers seem less professional personally, and also is less practical).
Overall these were the best fitting trousers I could find after going through several shops. I don't know if they are worth full price but with the 20% off if they last a long time they are worth it. I haven't worn properly yet so can't comment on durability but I can't foresee any issues (and if they do, I'll just complain to Hobbs and ask for a return/refund). But come on Hobbs, bring back higher quality wool trousers please!

These are a great pair of 'go to' office trouser. They fit really well and taper nicely so don't flap about the ankle. The fabric is suited for winter. They look good with brogues or heels. I'm a good size 10 or a small 12 but the 10 was perfect for me.

I wanted a pair of wool trousers for the winter, and although these were a lovely style and fit, as soon as I tried them on they itched my thighs. I was disappointed to see that there were only pocket linings, and the trousers themselves were not lined to the knee as I would have expected with trousers of this price.

Love these trousers, fit is good, would prefer a side zip as think it helps with the fit. Material is not my favourite and will be interesting to see how it wears. Concerned it could easily catch

I bought these in store, and they fit very well. Wish they were lined though.
Also I find that the black colour is not deep enough. I'd prefer a pitch black colour to make sure it matches my black jacket. Just something to be aware of.
Great trousers. Good quality material. I will have to turn them up but I am only 5 ft tall!
