Sent a a size 37 in a size 38 box. I actually ordered a size 38! Obviously can't wear them as they are too small and will now have to pay full price to receive the size I actually ordered!

The first pair I ordered had clearly been previously worn. I liked the product so reordered only to find one shoe in the box. Such a shame as nice shoes but no quality control.

Good service received and returns easy to do. Lovely trainers but they hurt at the side it’s my feet difficult to buy shoes, I need soft leather and these were just a little to hard for me

The trainers and very comfortable and good quality. They are quite squeaky when walking however from past experience I know this goes away as the leather softens. Would love to give higher stars however I received two right feet shoes and so had to send them back and they are now out of stock in my size so can’t order them again for a left and right pair!

I really like these shoes. They were out of stock to start with and waited a while for them to be available. The reason I have only given 3 stars is that I paid £6 for next day delivery and they took a week to arrive. Appreciate in the current circumstances that things may take longer to arrive, but don't don't offer or charge, if can't guarantee.

Very trendy shoes. Comfortable enough, especially at the back area where it's needed the most. The leather overall not soft, but this is the issue with all white elegant trainers. True to size and quick delivery.

Lovely colour and quality but the size 36 was too big for me. Please make shoes in a 35 since your clothing starts at xs and size 6.
