Dress was great, however, the courier service by DX is awful. The courier delivered my parcel to the wrong house so I received the notification that it was delivered but didn’t receive anything. Phoned DX and they were very reluctant to help - “can’t give you the courier’s contact detail; he took a photo of the parcel delivered but can’t show you that; you have to contact the sender yourself to sort this out”... finally they reached out to the courier and found out where my parcel was but only after a long battle. Absolutely rubbish service and would suggest Hobbs stop using them.

Usually when I buy from Hobbs their dress sizes are excellent. I am a 12 but this particular dress was huge more like a 16. The material and colour was excellent so I was very disappointed that this dress was so big. However it hasn’t put me off buying from Hobbs. Their clothing quality and fit are excellent.
