I was disappointed with this jacket as its too short, 1 inch longer would have been more useful to wear with both dresses and layered with trousers as some of your other jackets. I paid full price for the item with just my birthday discount so felt it was pricey to just have in reserve as a little black round neck jacket so reluctantly had to return. I am still looking for a black basic collarless jacket like the Elize jacket which can be dressed up for evening or worn during the day.

I returned a size12 and bought this size 14 to go with the dress (Size 12) on the photo. I often find Hobbs products are a little small at the top. The jacket makes a great outfit with the dress. If the Elize Jacket had have been available in black I would have preferred the slightly longer jacket, but as it wasn't I am very happy with this one.

I will probably keep this jacket as it matches the dress. I would have preferred to buy the Eliza jacket (I have it in pink from a few years ago) as it's a little longer. Sadly it isn't available in black.
