Faulty left ankle strap -too big. No free return, although advice from Hobbs was conflicting. Very disappointed after years of loyal custom. Probably won’t order online again.

Bad Design. Lovely stylish sandal. Nice quality. Unfortunately there was no facility to adjust the ankle strap. As a result, the ankle strap was swimming on me. So with regret, I had to return them

Pretty sandals. Really really wanted theses shoes. Ordered a pair n received 2 different shoes, returned them n couldn’t get a replacement other then a scratched pair for 10%discount n no return. Very upsetting n need less to say have no new shoe

It's so hard to find a good quality sandal ... That you can do plenty of everyday walking in. Liked the fact that the heal isn't totally flat. The only thing was the strap which is un-adjustable and not everyone has the same depth of foot - so sadly theses aren't part of my wardrobe. Look forward to the updated style next year.
