I was sent a size 6 of penny dress instead of 16. My address is 16 Weymouth close, and my order was addressed to 6 Weymouth Close. Can you ensure this doesn’t happen again as it caused a lot of inconvenience. Thank you

Issue with delivery had to chase Hobbs as courier lost package I found this out by tracking ....dress is very tight but too much material at front...next size would be too big. Not worth the full price.

Dress for nice, looked like it had been worn and had a pluck in front of skirt part but as I hadn't time to return it I had to try to correct it in time for the wedding, wouldn't buy it again.

I am a 12 so ordered a 12 but had far too much material in the chesticle area and as the bodice was 'structured' it stuck out and bagged in all the wrong places. Shame because everywhere else fitted fine but had to return.
