The jacket is lovely quality, I bought the dress last January 2020 in Hobbs Shop in Derby and when I saw the jacket in the sale This year I decided to send for it. It is perfect and also matches another silk dress which I bought for a wedding. Really delighted with my purchase

I wanted the set of dress & jacket for work. The delivery service Hermes delayed the delivery and kept changing the time and date within the same day. When they finally delivered, I received the dress with no explanation about the jacket. Emailed customer service once and then again post 48 hours but have not heard anything. I cannot wear the dress, without the jacket to work, and I have no idea whether I will ever be sent the jacket, get a refund of my money … or what? Asking me to review an item that I have paid for but Hobbs/Hermes never delivered is unacceptable.
