Beautiful mac but unfortunately I have returned the item as too small.I reordered in a larger size and now a perfect fit ! Size 12 to a 14

Lovely fabric, very smart and comfortable and perfect for in between seasons. Bought my usual size 14 but it was much too big, changed for a size 12 which is still a generous fit but very flattering. I’m 5’3” and it’s a perfect length for casual wear, looks great with jeans or trousers.

Pretty good. However one of the buttons was dangling on threads, as I removed the mac from the packaging. Also the fit is a bit too generous.

Fabulous coat, just as I expected. I feel the size is slightly on the larger scale, but not enough to make me feel I needed a smaller size. Had it delivered to Sweden and it arrived much quicker than expected (about 4 working days). Excellent!

I am a regular Hobbs customer and I already have similar coat, but really wanted a black one. And finally, I have a Hobbs mac, short cut (I am 5.3 ft) and in my favourite black colour! It fits absolutely perfect and, as always, perfectly made. I would definately recommend this coat. Well done Hobbs!

I ordered this online as I wanted a new mac for the summer. I bought a Hobbs mac many years ago and I’m still wearing it even though it’s seen better days. I would love to replace it with something similar. When this coat arrived I was disappointed as I was hoping that the fabric would be soft and lightweight but it isn’t. It’s stiff and heavy. I don’t find this fabric comfortable to wear so I returned it.

I really wanted this coat to fit as on the website it looked exactly what I was after. But the cut of the coat meant that the bottom half was far too wide and made my hips look massive!!. Not flattering in the slightest. Could be my height (I am over 6 foot) and could be my size. But it could do with being a straighter fit, in my opinion. So unfortunately I sent it back. The longer Saskia trench is a much better shape.

It's a nice jacket but unfortunately the fabric attracts a lot of lint and dust and it looks dirty. Not happy about this.
