I’m a big fan of Hobbs dresses and have a lot of them - this is lovely as is midnight blue and love the arms ( although 3/4 length) and the flare of the skirt - , I’m 5ft 6 and this is above my knee where I would have preferred knee skimming . However it’s lovely

As soon as I tried this dress on I could think of half a dozen occasions on which it would be ideal. This is going to be my go-to dress for Sunday lunch, dinner with the girls, drinks from work or an evening with my husband. Great quality, flattering fit, interesting but not over-the-top print - I love it.

I bought the dress for a baptism and have worn it in the office a few times too. Every time I wear it, I get so many compliments that it makes me want another similar dress. The cut is great and the fabric feels very nice.

The fit is perfect and the dress is suitable for work and evenings. Sleeves are lush and compliment the tight waist fitting.

I am wearing it to New Year lunch and to the Ballet, taking it on holiday to New York and on a cruise.... maybe this dress should start it's own Blog!

I have tried a few dresses in this style and size and whilst I would love them to be an inch or two longer for taller girls they fit perfectly and are very true to size. However this one comes up incredibly small especially around the chest area which was a massive disappointment as the next size up was sold out. A beautiful dress but small for it’s size.

I had high hopes for this dress and waited patiently for this to become available. I love this shape and especially as it has sleeves and is lined (something Hobbs have recently forgot about in some dresses this year)

I have just bought this dress for my Dad’s funeral. It’s such a beautiful dress and one that my Dad would have approved of.
I feel glamorous yet respectful for the occasion. It’s sophisticated yet delicate. The colours are beautiful - I feel special in it and I know I will wear it again.
The dress is fitted but it’s complementary of my shape. I only wish my Dad could have seen me in it.
