The Sophia is a contemporary update of our Lizzie court. Featuring a mid-height heel for a balance of comfort and elegance, it has a modern topline with roomy rounded toe. Handcrafted by artisans in our Italian factory, it is finished with a premium leather sole and insole binding, and is available in a broad range of colours to work with your daily wardrobe.

I ordered 4 pairs of Sophia shoes. One blue, one red and two black. Both black pairs had clearly been worn outside so I am having to return them to the store. Inconvenient and awkward as it looks like I may have worn them which is definitely not the case.

The I store team were great, so kind and helpful, as were the telephone staff. However the delivery was abysmal, I ordered them for next day delivery and they didn’t manage it, which meant that I didn’t wear the shoes at the event I had bought them for, and so brought them back. A shame because they were lovely shoes!

I have these as a wardrobe essential purchase recently. As always and like my other say 12 other Saskia pairs or so, very beautiful, great material but.... Yes, but and I can tell this with 100% certainty, something is changed regarding the fitting and ComfyChic of them in recent year. While I am used to walk on them for hours on and days on in Paris or Vienna and Amsterdam walking, with no complain or pain in feet, these last three Saskias such as this one have been a bit à clear different exoerience. The sole feels different, its less comfy, but still a beautiful chic every woman wearing black thighs and dresses needs to have.
