The leather is very soft, so after only a few wears the back of the heel is starting to wrinkle. Sizing is on the large side, and they are almost too flat.

Bought these a couple of years ago in black and navy leather. (2 pairs). They fit well on someone with narrow feet like me, and will stretch for those with wider feet easily. They do not rub, they are smart enough for work, going out and good for everyday outings as well. The size 5 fits well and the sizing between different colours/materials seems to be largely consistent. All in all a stylish, comfortable shoe. So great even my mum now wears them (they are her favourite shoes). Hobbs-my mum would now like some in brown/dark brown leather please!!

Love these shoes and ordered a black and a blue pair. My last pair of these were size 38 and were Perfect; but my most recent Hobbs shoe purchase in a different style (size 38) were huge. I, therefore, ordered a 37 and 38 to compare. The 38 were far too big so I kept the 37's in both colours. I've now worn both pairs and whilst the black pair is fine, I have blisters from the blue pair. Really disappointed.

I expected to receive 2 matching shoes. Not so with Hobbs. They sent one shiny shoe and one matt shoe. They had different soles and Hobbs clearly knew they were not a pair because when they checked the sizes before sending they must have noticed that the soles were different and the sizes were in different places on the soles. Total Rip Off.

Great shoes to wear from morning 'til night. Comfortable to wear when you have to be standing and walking all day. This is the second pair I have bought this year

I have owned several versions of this pump in the past and bought size 41 over last few years. Had to return purchase this year because too big but planning on buying size 40 when able to get to a store. Leather soft and finishing high quality as expected.

Had two sizes sent in this shoe style, one my usual size, the other a size bigger just in case they were small fitting. Neither of them were my size and they both were sent back. I also found the square toe unflattering and very ageing. The leather was very soft so even if they had been my size I would have still sent them back as this type of leather over a short time looks shabby as it creases very easily and the shoe becomes sloppy.
