Terrible stock management. One dress was not found in warehouse, the second was an entirely different dress than the photo ( different colour, different style). Only one was ok.

Size not available in the shop, so staff placed order for me on line - process was quick easy and efficient. Emails on progress of the order were sent promptly. Dress was delivered to my home 3 days later, as promised. Unfortunately, the dress while lovely did not suit me and so I will need to return it to the store. I was impressed by how Hobbs and it’s staff had adapted to the COVID 19 requirements while still remaining helpful, friendly and making it an enjoyable shopping experience.

Everything about this dress is perfect for me! I’m barely 5ft tall and find it very difficult to find simple dresses to fit me, this particular style of Delilah dress with 3/4 length sleeves needs no alterations....brilliant!, This is the third one I’ve bought.....more colours and patterns please!
