I'd already purchased the Sarah dress in dark green and loved the shape, style and material. When I saw that it was also available in aubergine I decided I had to treat myself again. This style is ageless and can be worn dressed up or down as desired. Highly recommended.

hobbs is second to none in my estimation, i usually shop at the store on Buchanan St, Glasgow. especially, after retirement, i tend to buy sale items unless it's for a special occasion. but i think i will be buying more on line. this is because i was really happy with the items that i purchased, plus the delivery was really good.

I did wonder if this dress would be quite heavy and not hang right being wool but it wasn’t. It was so soft and draped perfectly around the body and felt so comfortable on. I’m still waiting for the chance to wear it and show it off and how lovely it looks - even on me! I am very pleased with the dress and the colour is beautiful as it the fit. I’m about a 10 on top and a 12 on the hips and it’s a perfect fit!
Everything lovely but sleeves do seem rather long.

It is well made .good fabric and the slight difference in texture gives an added interest to the skirt. It also fitted well slips ,over the head without any zip to spoil the line and your ready in an instant.

This dress is beautiful. It’s beautifully made, with good quality merino wool and the colour is gorgeous. It’s a bit long on me but I expected that as i’m a size 8 and 5ft 1 and the model is also a size 8 but 5ft 9. It still works though.

I love this dress - it's a perfect fit (size 12) and the quality and design is the usual high standard from Hobbs. It's really comfortable to wear and is smart and casual or can be dressed up with jewellery. I like that it can be machine washed even though it's half merino wool.
I'd recommend this dress.
