For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method. Once you receive an email with refund confirmation, please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed, and up to 5 days for your bank to credit your account.

Please note, any purchases made online at Hobbs.com should be returned to our Distribution Centre in the United Kingdom. It is important that you do so as concession partners, outlets, and stores cannot accept returns for products purchased online at Hobbs.com

Please allow for up to 14 working days from posting for your return to be received and processed at our Distribution Centre. You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed; from there, you can usually expect the funds to appear in your account within 3–5 working days. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

RETURNS POLICY & EXCLUSIONS
We are happy to refund any unsuitable, unworn items within the 30-day return period. Returned items must be presented in original condition accompanied by the relevant receipt. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
