The item was too big for the size (40). I will need to see down. The return process from the EU is also very cumbersome. I understand that I have to pay, but make it easier by providing me with tags that I can print.

Beautiful coat but way too tight in the chest. Extremely narrow arms. This coat could never fit over a sweater or suit blazer. I loved the coat but could not wear it so I returned it.

Lovely soft and warm coat which fits well in my normal size 12. I love the burnt orange colour. I have deducted a star as the thread on the buttons was loose and showing and no doubt I will have to do some sewing soon.

The coat arrived in a timely fashion, however whoever delivered it just dumped it in our front door (we live in a small block of flats) and didn’t ring our doorbell so we were unaware. One of our neighbours saw it on the stairs and brought it up to us. Not really good enough. As it happens the coat was too big and the colour was not great on me. However we went to your Ringwood branch and exchanged it for a red one in a smaller size and it is a really lovely coat. The service at that branch was very good. Thank you Hobbs.

The coat was absolutely gorgeous, fabulous quality. Unfortunately the size 12 was too small across the shoulders and arms and I had to send it back. I’m still waiting for my refund. I would also have preferred the cut to have had three buttons, fastening on top of the bust rather than under it.

Gorgeous!. This is a gorgeous coat, I have four now, such a smart piece. The light grey goes with everything. I really hope you will do the winter red again as I didn't manage to purchase one & I'm still hunting for it. Wanted the camel but don't like this years colour. Size 12 (M) fits perfectly albeit a little shorter in length this time.
